Methane Mitigation Summit 2022

Conditions of participation for the raffle at the Methane Mitigation Summit 2022 by Sensirion Connected Solutions AG, Laubisrütistrasse 50, 8712 Stäfa.

• The competition starts on December 6, 2022 at 8 a.m. and ends on December 8, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry in order to be eligible to participate. Employees of Sensirion Holding AG are not eligible to take part. Eligible participants can enter the raffle by submitting their data on the Sensirion Connected Solutions website.
  
• Winners will be drawn on December 13, 2022 at 3 p.m. (CET) and notified by E-mail. The winner will then be contacted within ten business days from notification to proceed the acceptance of the prize. If the prize is not accepted in time, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining participants.
  
• There is a 50% discount on a pilot project to be won or an estimated value of up to 3000 USD. This is valid for the use of a maximum of 5 Nubo Sphere sensor nodes on one site for the duration of 6 months. After that time period the discount expires.
  
• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash or non-cash equivalent. The decision is final. Swiss law applies.

Reservation clause: Sensirion Connected Solutions AG reserves the right to adjust, change or cancel the competition if the need arises. Entrants are not entitled to any claims for compensation against Sensirion Connected Solutions AG in the event of a modification, suspension or termination of the raffle by Sensirion Connected Solutions AG.

Privacy policy: The personal data provided by entrants will be stored by Sensirion Connected Solutions AG in compliance with the provisions of data protection law for the duration of the subscription to Sensirion's newsletter. No data will be passed on to third parties.
