Constant oversight of rotating equipment in hazardous locations

Equipped with the Aion-X sensor node, the AiSight solution is perfectly suited to monitoring auxiliary rotating equipment in oil-and-gas and chemical facilities. The Aion-X makes monitoring the following equipment safe and easy.

Pumps

The most extensively used rotating machines in petroleum and chemical facilities, pumps transfer fluids at nearly every stage of the production process and for utility purposes. AiSight detects bearing problems, misalignment, imbalances, insufficient lubrication, failing seals and cavitation.

Compressors

Used to pressurize gases for production and in a variety of utility services such as cooling and refrigeration. AiSight detects bearing problems, misalignments, cavitation, looseness, imbalances, cavitation, resonance, valve faults and piston-related issues.

Fans

Multipurpose equipment used for heat dissipation in cooling towers, supplying combustion air to furnaces, air circulation and more in core refining and auxiliary processes. AiSight detects imbalances, misalignments and mechanical wear.

Centrifugal separators

These machines use centrifugal forces to separate different liquids and gasses in production processes. AiSight detects bearing faults, imbalances and mechanical wear.

Gearboxes

These control the speed of all above equipment. AiSight detects insufficient lubrication, gear wear and gear mesh misalignment.

Electric Motors

Working in junction with most of the above machines, motors drive everything from pumps to mixers. AiSight detects bearing fault, imbalance, looseness, misalignment, resonance.
